Learn the designs and historical significance of the traditional Ukrainian craft of pysanky before jumping in and designing your own. Through a process popularized across eastern Europe, layer beeswax and dyes over an egg shell to finish with an intricately decorated treasure.
Students should wear something they don’t mind getting dirty and bring an egg carton to take home their final product. This class is recommended for ages 12 and up. No experience necessary!
